Contact Authentications

The Office of Authentications issues both apostilles and authentication certificates. We provide signed certificates of authenticity for a variety of documents to individuals, institutions, and government agencies to be used abroad. 

Use this form to request a status check or information about your document. Provide as much detail as possible. We will only respond to you within the next week (7 days) if you have a question about authentications or apostilles that is not answered on our website. Do not submit another request while waiting for a response.
