The Ministry for Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy, Croatia’s Central Authority for intercountry adoptions, provided the Department of State official notification that the following agencies have received authorization to provide adoption services in Croatia:   

1. Hopscotch Adoptions
2. Family Resource Center

It is essential that prospective adoptive parents wishing to adopt from Croatia work with an adoption service provider authorized by the Government of Croatia that either has current U.S. accreditation or approval or is under the supervision of a U.S. accredited or approved adoption service provider. Prospective adoptive families should continue to monitor travel.state.gov for updated information on adoptions in Croatia.
