This Notice Supersedes the September 16, 2019 Notice

On September 26, 2019, the Intercountry Adoption Accreditation and Maintenance Entity (IAAME) announced that it lifted a temporary suspension of the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester, DBA Catholic Family Center (Catholic Family Center). The Catholic Family Center completed the corrective action plan to IAAME’s satisfaction, and IAAME has determined that the Catholic Family Center is now in substantial compliance with applicable U.S. accreditation standards. As of September 26, 2019, the Catholic Family Center may resume providing adoption services in connection with intercountry adoptions cases.
